A $5.6 million capital improvement project funded by the US Fish & Wildlife Service, the OK Dept of Transportation, the City of Grove, and the Grand River Dam Authority. Project includes 14.2 acres of parking, restroom facilities, and large boat mooring docks.
R&M designed the water, sewer, parking lot, and drainage for the new clubhouse, new hotel site; as well as Shangri-La subdivisions The Gallery and The Ridge.
